The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the comfortable bed and the peaceful room despite its proximity to the railway and highway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the gondola base station. The staff treated us well and we even had a fun game of soccer with the locals right behind the hotel.

More breakfast choices would have made the breakfast even better.

the view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful lake opposite adding to the scenery. We were able to see Mt. Titlis from our room, and the location was within walking distance to the cable car. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast provided was also very good.

Dinner was filling but not fancy.

Exceptional service and care during our stay. When my family and I had a small ski accident, the staff at Pension St. Jakob were incredibly understanding and helpful. The lady at the reception/restaurant even allowed us to order our meal and take it to our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The location was perfect, with the ski lifts just a short walk away. The breakfast provided delicious local products like cheese and ham. it was a great stay and I highly recommend Pension St. Jakob.

We had a fantastic stay at Pension St Jakob! the room was upgraded to one with a private bathroom, which was a super nice surprise. the location was superb, with a breathtaking view of the lake just across the road. We also appreciated the free parking onsite and the fact that the cable car station to Titlis was within walking distance. the owners were incredibly nice and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the great cheese, meat, and bread. the bed was very comfortable, and despite being located between the railroad and the highway, the room was surprisingly quiet. We also found the desk service to be quite good. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Eugenisee, and despite a small issue with the room heater, the room was cozy and warm. the location was perfect and the desk service was attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the free parking onsite and the delicious coffee at breakfast.

It would have been better if the in-room kettle was available for hot tea in the evening.

Mind-blowing location near slopes, ski-to-door convenience, clean and quiet rooms, lovely hot chocolate, helpful staff.

Great Hostel Experience: Shared a room with friends, simple but exactly what we needed. Balcony with views of surrounding mountains. Location: Near the lake and Tetli cable car, beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Breakfast: Complete and nice.

Confined Quarters: Bedroom not as advertised, 15 beds together. No separation between beds, unknown guests could roll into your bed at night.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views and convenient parking. the room itself was clean and the bathroom had nice tiles, which was a bonus for families with children.

The service at the hotel was extremely disappointing. the staff seemed uninterested and lacked basic customer service skills.
